Our Exceptional Staff

It is my opinion that the staff at the Advanced Dental Cosmetic Center is the best trained in the world. They are all Certified Dental Assistants with expanded duty certicication and radiological certification and they received training at the best dental assisting schools in the country. The Hygienist are extremely gentle and take pride in understanding the need of every patient. Additionally, the Advanced Dental Cosmetic Center is a state certified "internship training facility". As a result we have the advantage of hand picking those students who are simply the best of the best. It isn't often we need to hire new people as you will see below, but when we do we don't compromise.

CINDY BALL ,CDA Cindy Ball has been an Assisatant for 28 years. Her last 16 years has been with the Advanced Dental Cosmetic Center. She is originally from New York and has been in Florida since 1986. She has two boys both of which are excellent athletes. She is also active in a local "Harley" motorcycle group that provides fund raising for underpriviliged children in Manatee County, Florida. Cindy's second office position is "Office Coordinator". Just ask anyone, she is a dynamite coordinator. Cindy also shares the title of Prmary Trainer with Denise Collier. They both can take a novice assistant right out of school and make them very valuable to a dental practice.
	DENISE COLLIER, CDA Denise Collier has been an Assistant for 27 years. She graduated from Manatee Vocational Technical Institute with certificates in Radiology and Expanded Duties. She was hired by Dr. Alford right out of school and over the many years has acquired many additional responsibilities at the Advanced Dental Cosmetic Center. She is chief Implant assiistant, Inventory Control specialist and Primary Student Trainer. She has two young boys and enjoys going on family camping trips with her husband Fire Chief Samuel Collier. She and Sam are FOSTER PARENTS and have had over 26 children in their home. Her hobbies include gardening and raising chickens. She presently has Dogs, Cats, Rabbits and Chickens. Soon she will have a goat.
DEBBIE GEIGER, RDH Debbie Geiger is an original Florida Cracker. She is a full time DENTAL HYGIENIST and has been with Dr. Alford since 1989. Her husband is PGA Golf Professional and she has two children. Debbie specializes in being the BEST GRANDMOTHER in the world to her 5 grandchildren.
	PATTY HOCKER, RDH Patty Hocker is originally from Indiana but has lived in Florida for 30 years. She has been with the Advanced Dental Cosmetic Center since October 1994. She is married to Bill Hocker and has two boys. Her oldest son has graduated from Florida State University and Now resides in Chicago. Her youngest son is attending college with a passion for music production. Patty's husband Bill is a world renown Paramotor Pilot having been a principle orginizer for the first 5 world paramotoring conventions. Patty is an avid reader and loves to travel and go to the beach. She and her husband support foreign exchange students from Germany and each year they take a trip to visit the families of the children that have stayed in their home.
Debbie Arnold Business Secretary Debbie Arnold was born in New Jersey but she and her family have lived in Florida for over 30 years. Before coming to the Advanced Dental Cosmetic Center she spent 15 years in Retail business management and customer service. She attended and completed the D.A.T.S. training program to gain the complex knowledge necessary in the field of dentistry. She has 2 children , enjoys gardening in her yard and going to Flea markets and finding great bargins.
	Brittany Eason, CDA Brittany is our newest member having come to the Advanced Dental Cosmtic Center through the Manatee Technical Institute Internship Program. Brittany and both her parents are Florida Crackers. She attended Palmetto High School and graduated in 2008. After graduation she attended the State College of Florida where she began her advanced education as ParaLegal . However, she found her lifes calling in dentistry and changed her major to Dental Assisting where in January 2011 she graduated with honors. While attending Manatee Technical Institute for Dental Assisting she received numerous State and National honors including induction into the HOSA National Honor Society. Besides being an outstanding student Brittany Sings and once tried out for American Idol. She plans to try it again. Just maybe we might have the next American Idol.
Svetlana Simakov, Accounting and Language Specialist Svetlana Simakov joined our team in 2007. She was born in Russia is married and has a very athletic family. Prior to leaving Russia her husband, Vlad, played Soccer on the world ranked Russian National Team. Her son is also an outstanding athlete and attends the world famous Bolletieri Tennis Academy and is expected to become a professional tennis player after his college education.
	Ms. Donna Butko Donna joined the Advanced Dental Cosmetic Center in 1993. She owns and operates Accucount Inc. and provides her accounting services to numerous professional businesses. She enjoys traveling, skiing and devoting her time to misinery work and providing assistance to medical teams in the field. She is planning a trip to Haiti where she will do what she enjoys deeply. She is very active in her church and has participated as a member of the LIVING CHRISTMAS TREE seen by thousands each year at Christmas time.
Mr Paul Dalton, CDT Master Technician-Aesthetic Dental Arts Mr. Paul Dalton has been a Dental Technician for over 40 years and received his certification in 1977. Additionally he has owned his own lab since 1975. He regularily attends advanced seminars on computer manufacturing in dental construction , CADCAM technology and advanced computer imaging. Paul was the first Dental Lab in Bradenton to introduce The IPS Empress System and in 2004 the Sirona Cerec In-Lab CADCAM. Paul knows that his knowledge about modern technology requires daily study however he also knows that dental lab excellence is all about craftmanship. His motto has always been " perfection and excellence". There is no other choice. Paul has been providing outstanding ceramic crowns to The ADCC for more than 15 years. Paul Absolutely loves Florida. He loves to dive for lobster and his vacations are spent in the Florida Keys, fishing, diving and relaxing with his family and friends.
	Mr. David Byrne, CDT Master Technician- Owner of Artistic Concepts Mr. David Byrne has been in dentistry nearly his entire life. At age 16 he became a dental apprentice in Bolton, England. He has been awarded certification in Advanced Dental Ceramics, Advanced Removable Orthodontic Appliances, Dental Mechanics, Dental Materials, Physics and Chemistry of Dental Appliances and products in dental manufacturing and construction. In 1980 David emigrated to the USA where he was positioned as supervisor of a large Dental lab within a dental practice. However, In 1992 he and his wife Tiffany opened Artistic Concepts so that he could concentrate on delivering excellence to his chosen dentist. He specializes in High End Prosthodontic Appliances for the dentist that expects the best with no compromises. Additionally his Lab is client based and he provides personalized attentiion including chairside with the dentist and patient to provide his absolute best. David has 48 years experience in dentistry. He lives in Bradenton, has a beautiful wife Tiffany, an incredible Yellow Labrador-"BAILEY" and an African Gray Parrot named Smokey. David also loves to fly. It is one of his passions.
